Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds are available for seats you personally purchased or that your employer purchased on your behalf when the request meets the timeframes below. Complimentary scholarship seats are not refundable for cash value.

Timeframe

Request a full refund up to 14 days after payment and at least 7 days before the cohort kickoff date stated in your confirmation email. After kickoff begins, refunds shift to partial or non-refundable categories described next.

Full vs partial refunds

Full refunds apply when both timing conditions above are met and no live sessions have been attended. Partial refunds of 50% may be granted if you withdraw after kickoff but before the third live session, provided materials have not been redistributed outside your team. After the third live session, tuition is generally non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Private facilitation travel surcharges, custom worksheet commissions, and third-party tool licenses purchased for your team are non-refundable once ordered.

Process

Email hello@testing-library.digital with subject “Refund request,” your full name, cohort name, and payment reference. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank processing outside Korea may add additional days beyond our control.

Cancellation by us

If Testing Library Digital cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or compulsory military service may qualify for alternative scheduling or expanded partial refunds at our discretion. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in denial of future enrollments.
